What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to 23be's services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. Failure to satisfy any one of these conditions will render your account invalid and subject to immediate closure without refund of any deposited funds.

• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 23be. Attempting to create multiple accounts, or operating accounts on behalf of others, is a serious violation of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

Account Verification (KYC)

23be operates a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to submit identity documents to verify your account before withdrawals are processed. Acceptable documentation typically includes:

• Valid passport or driver's license showing date of birth.

Standard Bonus Conditions
